The Knights of Columbus Pope John XXIII Council #5811 was formed in February
of 1966 at Christ the King Church in Pleasant Hill, CA. Since that time, the
Council has expanded to include hundreds of parishioners from multiple
parishes.
This fraternal organization is involved in many ministries in the parish and
the community, including the CTK School Advisory Board, Parish Council,
Eucharistic Ministers, Boy Scouts of America, and the St. Vincent DePaul
Society. Additionally, the Knights have created a strong community and
sense of fellowship through their charitable and fundraising activities,
including, the CTK Back to School BBQ, St. Patrick’s Day Dinner, CYO Crab
Feed, Easter Egg Hunt, Sausage Sale, and much, much more.
The Knights meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Adult
